Click a person to see their clients. Click View concepts on a client to see every concept and its Notion status.
Every number comes from Notion: targets from the Clients database (October GM Target, October CS Target), progress from each concept's Status in the Master Concept & Creative Database (batch = this month).
A gate only turns green or red once its due date has passed. Before that it stays neutral, so the start of the month is not a wall of red.
Gates follow the sprint SOP: concepts written (BD 3), concepts to client (BD 5), briefs to designers (BD 7), creatives to client (BD 10), all standard creatives live (BD 12).
Steps follow the sprint SOP in order: concepts written, concepts sent to the client for approval, briefs to designers, finished creatives sent to the client, creatives live.
Only two states. Late = a due date passed and the count is short of target (or an onboarding client missed its concepts date or passed 15 BD with nothing live). Everyone else is On track, with what is due next shown underneath.
New clients run on the kickoff clock (SOP sprint 1): concepts to client by BD 2, first creative live by BD 10 (best practice), off track after BD 15. Once a client has gone live before this month, it joins the monthly targets.
"Waiting on GM / designer 24h+" uses the Late GM and Late Designer flags already in the concept database.
"Notion score" is the existing weighted % October GM formula, kept for reference.
